What asset classes are supported?

Technical analysis supports four asset classes: Crypto (thousands of trading pairs), Stocks (major equities), Forex (major and minor currency pairs), and Futures (commodity and index futures). The Wallet Tracker supports EVM-compatible chains and Solana. ONYX AI covers 25+ EVM chains plus Solana.

How accurate is the AI analysis?

James uses AI-powered models to interpret technical indicators and generate market assessments. While the analysis is thorough and draws on multiple signals, it is not guaranteed to be accurate and should be treated as educational information only. Always combine platform output with your own research and risk management before making any financial decisions.

What happens if an analysis fails?

If a technical analysis or ONYX AI query fails for any reason — including network errors, data unavailability, or AI processing issues — your credits are automatically refunded to your account. An error message will be shown on screen, and your credit balance will be restored within seconds. You do not need to contact support to claim a refund for a failed request.

How do credits work?

Credits are the currency used to access AI-powered features on the platform. Each feature has a base credit cost, and add-ons stack additional credits on top. Free plan users receive 2 daily credits that reset at midnight UTC. Paid plan users receive a monthly credit allocation, and top-up packs can be purchased for additional credits at any time. Can I get a refund on credits?

Credits are automatically refunded if an analysis or query fails — no action required on your part. Subscription credits are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Credits purchased through top-up packs are non-refundable but are permanent and never expire, so they remain on your account even if you change or cancel your plan.

What is the Market Prediction engine?

The Market Prediction engine is an optional add-on to the TA Analysis feature that generates an AI-powered directional price prediction. What chains does ONYX AI support?

How often is market data updated?

The Market Overview dashboard refreshes data every 5 minutes automatically. The Live News feed aggregates articles from multiple sources in near real-time, with an AI-generated summary produced every 6 hours at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — the Free plan acts as an ongoing free tier rather than a time-limited trial. You get 2 credits per day with no credit card required. Free credits reset at midnight UTC and give you full access to run base TA analyses and wallet lookups indefinitely.

How do I get the Discord discount?

Sign in to your James account using Discord (via the Sign In page), and ensure you are a member of the official James Discord server. Membership is verified automatically at sign-in. Once verified, the 15% discount is applied to all paid plan subscriptions and top-up packs. If you joined the server after signing in, sign out and back in via Discord to refresh your membership status.
