1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the James platform ("Platform"), operated by Infinity Blocks Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria, EU ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

James (Joint Algorithmic Market Evaluation Suite) is an AI-powered crypto intelligence platform providing:

• AI-generated technical analysis reports
• Multi-chain wallet tracking and analysis
• Blockchain intelligence via the ONYX AI agent
• Aggregated crypto news and social feeds
• Derivatives and smart money analytics
• Cross-chain token swaps and bridging

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

4. Not Financial Advice

All analyses, reports, and content provided by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other form of professional advice.

You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. AI-generated insights and past performance are not indicative of future results. Always conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Accounts & Authentication

You may register using email, Google, Discord, or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

6. Credits & Payments

The Platform uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features (Technical Analysis, Wallet Tracker, ONYX AI). Credits are available through:

• Subscription plans — monthly recurring billing with included credits
• Top-up packs — one-time credit purchases
• Free daily credits — 2 credits per day for free-tier users

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing credits or subscribing, you also agree to the payment provider's terms of service.

Subscription credits do not roll over beyond the active subscription. If you cancel, unused subscription credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period. Top-up credits and admin-granted credits are permanent and do not expire.

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. AI Processing & Automated Decisions

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, summaries, and chat responses. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Market data (tickers, prices, candle data) is sent to the AI provider to generate analysis — no personal data is included in these requests
• ONYX AI queries may include blockchain addresses you provide — these are public on-chain data
• Your data is not used to train AI models
• No fully automated decisions affecting your legal rights are made by the Platform

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Platform or its APIs
• Attempt to circumvent credit charges, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Distribute or resell analysis outputs as a competing service
• Introduce malware, exploits, or attempt to compromise Platform security

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, branding, and software are owned by Infinity Blocks Ltd. AI-generated analysis reports are provided for your personal use only. You may not redistribute them commercially without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
• That market data from third-party providers is current or accurate

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Blocks Ltd and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any analysis, or inability to access the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
